What is the minimum number of children required for a party booking?
Children’s party bookings require a minimum of 10 children.
What are your children’s party time slots?
Party bookings are available from 10:00 to 12:00 or 14:00 to 16:00.
Can we bring our own food?
You are welcome to bring your own cake and cupcakes. Other food for party bookings is provided by Roots Farm Shop on site.
Can we bring our own decorations?
Unfortunately not. We maintain a consistent look across the venue and the existing layout is not designed for additional décor.
What happens if it rains?
Our events building has a covered patio, available for all functions and events, so your celebration can go ahead rain or shine. Tell us your date when you enquire and we will talk you through the space.
Is the venue accessible for older guests, wheelchairs and prams?
Every pathway at Earthworx is built to take a garden trolley, which means all our pathways and all access around the property are wheelchair and pram-friendly. There are two accessible parking bays positioned closest to the entrance, and all entrances and exits to the parking area are flat or gently ramped with no steps.
